Why does google take forever to respond

My account recently got suspended after I was hacked and had a bunch of videos that violated terms of service. I then filed a request with google to I suspend my account but it’s been over a week and still no response why won’t they respond?

What request did you fill out? can you provide a screenshot just so I can check if you've even filled out the correct form?
 
Please double check if there may have been added filters to your email that might block you from receiving updates from YouTube or Google. For Gmail, here are instructions for checking for filters:

I put my email for the account I want unsuspended and the email they can contact me by along with the reason I got a confirmation email saying they would get back to me but it’s been over a week

OK, that's not going to be the correct form if you think you were hacked.
 
Can you answer the following (please note that you can and should block out your personal information, such as your email address, from any screenshot): 
 
  1. What is your full /channel/ URL?
  2. Is it OK for the forum team to reach you by the email you used to create this thread?
  3. Please double check if there may have been added filters to your email that might block you from receiving updates from YouTube or Google. For Gmail, here are instructions for checking for filters:

    https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6579
  4. Have you performed a malware scan recently, and if so, was any malware found?

2. It is all right to contact me on this email but this is not the email of the youtube account
3.there are no filters in my email
4.i have done a scan nothing came up but just to be safe I did a hard reset of my computer

Without the actual /channel/ URL, there isn't anything I *can* do. It's the bare minimum information required for an escalation.

Ordinarily, it's included in the original suspension email. If you cannot find  that, then you have to independently know it.

You should have access to fill out this form from the email address  you used to create the forum thread for the next 72 hours. (You should also have received an email about this, so let me know if you received that email.)
