I really don't know why my account has been suspended, as I did not post any videos on it as well.. please check and let me know. 
Please try and solve this issue asap.

Did you write any comments? What was the content and frequency of the comments?
 
Did you ever post any videos? If so, what kind of videos did you post?
 
Have you appealed the suspension? If not, please do that.
 
Please provide the following:
 
  1. A screenshot or copy and paste of the original suspension email,
  2. A screenshot of the rejected appeal
  3. Your /channel/ URL. (This may have been linked in the original suspension email, as a link to your name in the first paragraph of that email OR as a link to the channel at the end of the email. So if you copy/paste the original suspension email, it should be possible to get that.)
Please ensure that you are blocking out or removing any personal information (such as your email address) from any comment or screenshots you post. If you do not remove personal information, then your comment or thread may be DELETED to protect your privacy.

Hello!! Thank You So Much for your Help!!
I did not get any notifications from you untill today, and when I checked my trash it was all in there without even me deleting them.
1. No I have not posted any video on my channel nor did I get any comments in my videos.
But after the suspension it showed that I had 46 subs which I didnt have when using my account.
2. Screenshot has been attached

Also now the account is not only suspended but deleted due to the hacking of my account.

You should have access to fill out this form from the email address  you used to create the forum thread for the next 72 hours. (You should also have received an email about this, so let me know if you received that email.)
