is translating video game's cutscenes and trailers legal and monetize-able ?

and does it falls under " for educational purposes "?

Is it OK?...that depends entirely on the game developer. Some developers explicitly prohibit the use of their cut scenes in videos.

Is it monetizable?...again that depends on the policy of the developer. Some developers, for example, require you to provide some kind of commentary or critique in order to be able to monetize the videos.  

Is it fair use (under educational purposes)?....no.
