Can I have 2 live stream on 1 YouTube channel

Hi All,

Can I have 2 different live stream on my YouTube channel .

For example I want to stream a competition on Black Ops and in the same time I want to stream another competition on FIFA16 for example all these two live stream should be in one channel .

Can I deal with it as two different links for example or it is impossible !

regards

Hi Pro Arena,

I do know that you can do multi-camera events which require the use of two encoders with two live streams.  I don't know about doing two live streams at
https://www.youtube.com/my_live_events that are not multi-camera...you will just have to try it out.

I think you will be able to do one stream at https://www.youtube.com/my_live_events and another at youtube.com/stream.
I believe you can give someone else the stream key at youtube.com/stream if you trust the person and they can stream to your channel.

With multi-camera events there is a button on the player to switch live streams:
The streams are synchronized.  I could have had the same sound or a different sound on my live streams but I didn't have any sound on one of them as you can see.  One stream was picking up my desktop and the other my webcam.

Thanks a lot Craig ,

Great .. I like the multi-camera , it will be useful for the same event or the same subject since the video will have the same title, also I can use it for two different commentary languages. But for two different events or subjects it will be confused for the viewers. I will try what you suggest and I hope it will be a successful try.

The answer is yes you can do two live events simultaneously to one YouTube channel.  I'm doing it LIVE from one computer now as I type this.  Here they are:

Sure, no problem.  It was fun to test this out!  I used 2 instances of OBS.
