How to disable video title translation?

HELP!!! Youtube just suddenly started translating video titles on it's own! I don't want that, I want to see the original title of each and every video. I'll translate the titles on my own if I want to thank you very much. This leads to great confusions because most translations are completely wrong. And suddenly old videos seem like new videos because youtube lists them under a different title now. This is a major fail.

I think it's an option in the uploader side, but I want to have YouTube in my language without changing the titles from english, or from any language.
Is there any option to avoid YouTube translating video titles?
I can set the place to USA, but it would translate to english titles in other languages.

Can anybody help?

Nah, I was looking around to fix that problem but Youtube is pretty damn useless about it. I guess they prefer to implement crap like this than fixing youtube's problems.
Now I got to waste time fixing and issue that a few days ago was not an issue just because a big prick at Youtube decided it would be a good idea.

Completely agree. It's just ridiculous!! Im not English or American or whatever but i still watch many videos in English and it's really anoying not to know what the video is about because he title translation usualy doesn't match the original. But I can't change the language either because that way the portuguese videos I watch get translated!!! How can I disable translation?

Me too, watching videos in three languages, and want ALL of them in original language... It's so annoying and deceiving...
For example, with Japanese youtubers, when I see their video's title and description in english, I have previously assumed they actually DO speak english, but turned out they couldn't - so this is more than just an annoyance... STOP IT!

I had the same problem and it was driving me crazy. Just change the preferred language on your google account and then add as many other languages you understand. Reload your browser and enjoy.

Whoever this incompetent prick is that came up with this dumb F&%&&^ feature should find another job, seriously.

Unfortunately that is not a solution as it will translate to the selected language anyway. For example I'm watching an italian channel, I should turn my preferred language to italian, but when I'm watching an english channel I should switch it back to engilsh manually? This is completely useless.

I guess it is a way for them to have you click on videos you wouldn't have watched with their original title, the fact you can't disable this option makes it obvious that it is some clickbait sh*t

I can only encourage everyone to send feedback to youtube, if enough peopel does it, hopefully they'll notice?

This feature should be optional!
