How much does YouTube take from every SuperChat donation?

I was told that YouTube takes a 30% cut from each SuperChat donation, but looking at my most recent and significant donation, YouTube took almost 50% (This is not how much they actually gave, but let's just say they donated $100, and when I checked my Analytics, it said my transaction revenue was $54). How is this possible?!

Not only is it unfair for the streamer, but it is also unfair for the person donating. If I donated $1000 thinking all of that money(or the majority of it) was going to the person, I would be pretty happy. But if I later found out that the company was taking HALF of that, I would be super annoyed and would not have bothered donating at all.

TLDR - What % does YouTube take from each SuperChat?

YouTube takes 30% (it states this in the contract you signed when enabling super chat), however, if you are partnered with an MCN, the MCN my take a cut as well.

Cheers LEOXD. Possibly a very stupid question, but how do I know if I am partnered with an MCN? I do not believe I have signed up with one unless YouTube automatically gives you one?
