So Flash is dead now? When will YouTube fix the HTML5 quality settings?1 Recommended Answer
I have no problems with the quality. That does not mean you don't have a problem, but that it is not affecting everyone. Therefore it could take time to trace the cause of yours. Saying something is "basically X" does not mean it is "X", minor changes can have a large impact.

web_player_disable_flash_watch=trueSo deliberately killed the Flash player.
- "Adobe is killing it, it will stop being supported in 2020" - So... it is STILL supported then right? For at least another 2 years plus?
Some community members might have badges that indicate their identity or level of participation in a community.
Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:
- Post an answer.
- Having your answer selected as the best answer.
- Having your post rated as helpful.
- Vote up a post.
- Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.
Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
