Manage your payment methods

You can change, delete and add a backup payment method to make sure that your membership stays active. Make sure that you use an accepted payment method.

Change your default payment method

1. Go to youtube.com/paid_memberships.
2. Click Manage membership.
3. Click EDIT next to your existing payment method.
4. Click the down arrow next to your payment method.
5. Select another payment method or Add credit or debit card.
6. Enter your card number (if relevant).
7. Click SUBMIT.

Delete a payment method

To delete a payment method, go to Google Pay and click Remove for the payment method that you'd like to delete.

Add a backup payment method

1. Go to youtube.com/paid_memberships.
2. Click Manage membership.
3. Click EDIT next to 'Backup payment method'.
4. Click Add credit or debit card.
5. Enter your card number.
6. Click SUBMIT.
