YouTube creates a single Art Track for each combination of partner, ICPN and ISRC (where ICPN is either a UPC, EAN, or GRid). The Art Track is represented as an asset in the YouTube rights management system and can be made available in all territories in which the owner has granted YouTube proper rights.
Ownership of Art Tracks
The features described in this article are available only to partners who use YouTube's Content Manager to manage their copyrighted content.
To identify the territories in which you own rights to the art track asset, list the territories in the DDEX feed or the spreadsheet. These files are the only way to set or update ownership of an art track asset. You can’t edit the ownership in the YouTube Content Manager or with the YouTube Content ID API.
