Troubleshoot iOS app issues
Please try the following:
- Sign out of the app. To do this, tap the Menu and select Sign out.
- Try reinstalling the app. Tap and hold any app icon on the home screen until the icons start to show a small X in the corner. Tap the X to delete the app. Then, visit the App Store to download the YouTube app again.
- Switch networks. If you're on a weak connection, try switching to a different connection to remedy the issue.
