Troubleshoot iOS app issues

Please try the following:

  1. Sign out of the app. To do this, tap the Menu  and select Sign out.
  2. Try reinstalling the app. Tap and hold any app icon on the home screen until the icons start to show a small X in the corner. Tap the X to delete the app. Then, visit the App Store to download the YouTube app again.
  3. Switch networks. If you're on a weak connection, try switching to a different connection to remedy the issue.
