Forgotten email address

1. Go to the username recovery tool.
2. Follow the instructions. You need:
   • A phone number or recovery email address for the account.
   • The full name on the account.
3. Confirm that it's your account:
   • If you entered a phone number: Enter the code sent to that phone.
   • If you entered a recovery email address: Check its inbox and enter the code from the email that Google sent you.
4. In the list of usernames that appears, find your account's username.
