Use accelerated checkout on YouTube

You can browse and purchase products directly within the YouTube app. Learn more about buying products on YouTube.

The retailer is solely responsible for managing any purchases and all activities. YouTube is not liable for any purchases made through retailers.

Eligibility

  • Currently, this feature is only available on the YouTube app for Shopify merchants in the United States.

Buy tagged products

You can find products tagged in a video and purchase them without being redirected to an external browser.

  1. Tap a product tagged in a video.
  2. Tap Buy now on the product you want to complete your purchase in-app.
    • You can also click View to be taken to the retailer’s website to complete the purchase.
  3. After selecting Buy now, select options like size, color, and quantity.
  4. Tap Continue.
  5. Enter your payment information and checkout.

Manage your purchase

You can view your order history to manage your purchase directly with the retailer or shopping platform.

  1. Open the YouTube app.
  2. In the bottom right, tap your profile .
  3. In the top right, tap Settings .
  4. Tap Purchases and membership and then YouTube shopping orders.
  5. On the order you want to manage, tap View order.
  6. Once you’ve logged in to the retailer account, you can manage your order directly from the retailer.

Get support for your order

Contact the retailer or brand directly for help with orders, returns, or refunds.

  1. Open the YouTube app.
  2. In the bottom right, tap your profile .
  3. In the top right, tap Settings .
  4. Tap Purchases and membership and then YouTube shopping orders.
  5. On the order you want to manage, tap Need help with this order? See how to contact <Retailer Name>.
  6. To get more information about your order, tap View <Retailer Name> FAQs. You can also contact the seller via email or phone.
  7. If you need further assistance, tap Submit an inquiry to contact the shopping platform, Cafe24 or Shopify, directly for support.

Tip: Additionally, you can get support by:

  • Visiting the retailer’s website, navigate to ‘Need help with this order? See how to contact <retailer's name>’ section on the order history page.
  • On the order confirmation email or KaKao notification (South Korea only), click the link to the “Order details” page.

How can I get support with my order?

We're sorry for the inconvenience. The retailer you ordered from can assist with your order where you may view, cancel, return, or exchange your order.

Please contact them directly using the information from your order confirmation email, order confirmation notification, order history, or from the contact information on their website. Learn how you can get support for your order.

What do I do if I reached out to the retailer but they are not responding?

Sorry that you’re unable to contact the retailer. You can reach out directly to the shopping platform for assistance. For orders made in South Korea, you can reach out directly to Cafe24, or for orders made in the United States, you can reach out directly to Shopify.
