Find the Cobalt version on your device

Cobalt is a platform used to deliver a rich experience across apps, including YouTube and YouTube TV, on your smart TV or other streaming device.

Knowing if your device is running on Cobalt and which version your device is running can help you to troubleshoot common issues.

To check the Cobalt version for your TV:

 

1. Open the YouTube or YouTube TV app using your smart TV or streaming device.
2. Select your profile picture   About  App version.
3. Check the version number in parenthesis after 'Cobalt'.
