Get a refund
If you made a purchase using your iPhone or iPad, or signed up for a YouTube paid membership via iTunes, you’ll need to get in touch with Apple support to request a refund. Apple’s refund policy will apply.

YouTube Premium & YouTube Music Premium memberships
You may cancel a YouTube paid membership at any time. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again. You won't be refunded for the time between when you cancel and when your membership officially ends.
If content or features related to your YouTube paid membership are defective, unavailable, or don't perform as stated, you can get in touch with our support team to request a refund. We do not give refunds or credits for partially elapsed billing periods.
If you're a member who signed up with iTunes, you’ll need to get in touch with Apple support to request a refund. Apple’s refund policy will apply.
Super Chat voluntary payments are non-refundable. If you notice an unauthorized Super Chat charge on your account, please contact our support team.
If you purchased a Super Chat on an iOS device, you'll need to contact Apple Support to request a refund. Apple's own refund policy will apply.
