Manage playlists in YouTube Studio

Learn how to create, edit, manage, and filter your playlists in YouTube Studio to engage with your audience.

YouTube Studio app for Android

Add videos to a playlist

1. Open the YouTube Studio app .
2. From the bottom Menu, tap Content .
3. Select Options next to the video you want to add to a playlist.
4. Tap Edit .
5. Tap Add to playlist and check the tickbox next to the playlists you want to add.
6. Tap Done.
7. Tap Save.

Remove videos from a playlist

To remove a specific video from a playlist, follow these steps:

1. Open the YouTube Studio app .
2. From the bottom Menu, tap Content .
3. Select Options next to the video you want to remove from a playlist.
4. Tap Edit .
5. Tap the playlist to uncheck the box next to the playlist name.
6. Tap Done.
7. Tap Save.

Edit playlist settings (title, description, visibility, ordering)

You can edit the playlist title, description, privacy, order of videos in a playlist using the YouTube Studio app.

1. Open the YouTube Studio app .
2. From the bottom Menu, tap Content .
3. Tap the "Playlists" tab select Options next to the playlist you want to edit.
4. Tap Edit .
5. Edit the playlist's settings tap Save.

Delete a playlist

1. Open the YouTube Studio app .
2. From the bottom Menu, tap Content .
3. Tap the "Playlists" tab select Options next to the playlist you want to delete.
4. Tap Edit .
5. Tap Delete Delete.
