Here’s how to troubleshoot problems you might encounter when running a Google Workspace to Google Workspace connection.
To troubleshoot your Google Workspace connection, make sure you:
- Meet all the Google Workspace migration requirements.
- Have the correct Google Workspace administrator username and password in the source and target domains. If they changed, enter the new information and try again.
If you use email forwarding and the Accelerate Old Messages setting is turned on, set the Insert Before Date field to one day before email forwarding was turned on. Google Workspace Migrate uses this date to check that incoming email messages don’t exist in the target mailbox.
