Dicas para criar fluxos com etapas condicionais

No Google Workspace Studio, é possível definir que etapas dos seus fluxos só sejam executadas quando certas condições forem atendidas.

Como as etapas condicionais funcionam

Etapas condicionais dividem algumas etapas em subetapas que o fluxo só executa em cenários específicos. Workspace Studio tem duas etapas que podem verificar condições:

• Decidir: usa o Gemini para avaliar se as condições descritas são verdadeiras ou falsas
• Verificar se: compara valores

Você pode descrever condições ao criar um fluxo com IA ou adicionar etapas condicionais manualmente. Em seguida, defina as subetapas que devem ser executadas quando esses critérios forem atendidos. Também é possível incluir ações gerais após as subetapas que o fluxo deve realizar em todas as execuções.

Limitações condicionais do fluxo:

• Não é possível usar variáveis de uma subetapa em etapas do fluxo principal. Por exemplo, se as subetapas tiverem um rascunho de resposta na etapa Peça ao Gemini, não será possível adicionar o rascunho a um documento de acompanhamento como parte do fluxo principal.
• Um fluxo não pode ter etapas condicionais aninhadas. Ele pode ter várias etapas condicionais, que serão executadas em ordem.

Condições com tecnologia de IA com "Decidir"

A etapa "Decidir" só é disponível para quem tem acesso ao Gemini. Se você não tiver Gemini, use Verificar se.

Como a condição "Decidir" funciona

• Você informa ao Gemini as condições que devem ser verificadas.
• O Gemini responde se as condições são verdadeiras ou falsas.
• Uma etapa Decidir sempre é combinada com uma etapa Verificar se, que é preenchida automaticamente para conferir se o resultado de Decidir é verdadeiro. Você pode mudar para executar as etapas se o resultado for "falso".
• O fluxo só executa as subetapas depois de Verificar se se as condições corresponderem. Depois disso, ele executa qualquer outra etapa no fluxo principal.

Configurar uma etapa "Decidir"

1. Go to https://studio.workspace.google.com and create a flow.
2. If you’re building manually or Gemini didn’t add it for you, add a Decide step. A Check if step is automatically added with it.
3. In the Decide step, describe the conditions that you want Gemini to evaluate. Tips:
   1. Start from a common use case. Click one of the options below the field, such as Is urgent, to get a start on your description.
   2. Add variables to reference information from previous steps that Gemini should consider. For example, add the email message body variable to have Gemini check if it has a negative tone.
4. To have the substeps run only when the conditions in the Decide step aren’t met:
   1. Click the Check if step.
   2. Change the matching condition from is true to is false.
5. Below the Check if step, add or edit the steps you want the flow to do. Note: you can’t add another Check if step as part of the substeps.
6. (Optional) To have the flow do more steps after the conditional steps complete, add steps at the top level. You can’t use variables from the substeps in these steps.

   Tip: To have the flow do steps for the opposite condition, add another Check if step with the matching set to the opposite of the first. For example, if you set up a substeps to run when the decision is true, you could set up another substeps to do when the decision is false.

7. (Opcional) Para testar seu fluxo, clique em Execução de teste. A execução de teste executa o fluxo uma vez, realizando ações reais para você ver o resultado. Selecione as condições de iniciação e clique em Iniciar. Saiba mais sobre as execuções de teste.

8. When your flow is ready, click Turn on.

Condição correspondente com "Verificar se"

Como o recurso "Verificar se" funciona

• Defina uma ou mais condições que precisam ser atendidas para realizar as ações das subetapas.
• Escolha se todas as condições precisam ser atendidas (selecione E) ou só uma (selecione OU).
• O fluxo só executa as subetapas depois de Verificar se se as condições corresponderem. Depois disso, ele executa qualquer outra etapa no fluxo principal.

Configurar uma etapa "Verificar se"

1. Go to https://studio.workspace.google.com and create a flow.
2. If you’re building manually or Gemini didn’t add it for you, add a Check if step.
3. Fill in or edit the first condition statement. Each condition statement consists of 3 parts:
   1. The value to check. This is a variable that represents data from an earlier step.
   2. The matching operator, such as is and is not.
   3. The value to compare to. You can add a different variable or enter text.
4. (Optional) To add another condition, click AND if both conditions need to be met, or OR if only one does. Then fill in the condition statement and repeat until all your conditions are set. You can select either AND or OR, you can’t mix them.
5. Below the Check if step, add or edit the steps you want the flow to do. Note: you can’t add another Check if step as part of the substeps.
6. (Optional) To have the flow do more steps after the conditional steps complete, add steps at the top level. You can’t use variables from the substeps in these steps.
