Help customers migrate from VFE to AU
If you got an email about customers migrating their Vault Former Employee (VFE) licenses to AU, notify the customer to place a free migration order with Google any time during the transition period described in the email.

Start and finish migration
After the customer orders the migration, AU licenses corresponding to their G Suite edition will be assigned to their domain. They can start archiving users. They’ll have 30 days to complete the migration.
Manage users’ Google+ data
If a customer migrates a user to AU, Google retains the user’s Google+ data (posts, comments, and +1s)—but it’s not accessible to other users. To make this data available, an admin must unarchive the user and follow the steps to Manage Google+ profiles.
