Place an order for Drive Enterprise

You can order Drive Enterprise for any customer, except one who currently has another edition of G Suite. After you place the order and the customer completes their steps, the Drive Enterprise subscription status changes from Suspended to Active on the customer’s subscriptions page in the Reseller console.

For each customer you sign up, you pay monthly for the customer’s active users and the amount of storage the customer’s organization uses, minus any applicable discount. See How Drive Enterprise billing works.

Order Drive Enterprise for an existing customer

Select the customer type (new customers)

You can allow customers to use Drive Enterprise simply by verifying their email. Or, you can require them to verify their domain.

Domain-verified—For domain-verified customers, you can offer the full set of Drive Enterprise services and features. You have full access to manage their account, services, and features in the Reseller console and their Admin console if the customer gives you access.

Email-verified—If a customer verifies only their email, you can offer them only a select set of Drive Enterprise services and features. You can only manage their subscriptions and perform other management tasks in the Reseller console. An email-verified customer always has the option to verify their domain at any time and add additional services such as data loss prevention (DLP) and Google Vault.

For a comparison of the features available to email-verified and domain-verified customers, see the Drive Enterprise feature comparison table.
