If you have a reseller billing account that’s no longer in use—for example, an invoiced account that you switched to credit card billing—you can still access the account in your Reseller console. This lets you download old invoices, obtain payment receipts, and so on.
To find the account:
- Sign in to the Reseller console.
- Click Menu > Billing.
- At the top of the screen, click Previous accounts.
- If you have multiple old accounts, below Previous accounts, click the account you want.
This opens the standard Payments page for that account.
