I am using a personal Android based phone, paired with a WearOS based Ticwatch Pro 3 smartwatch. MS Outlook is installed on my phone and it is enrolled with Intune Company Portal to my company MDM system. Outlook companion app is installed on my watch. On the phone I have an Outlook personal profile, used with more e-mail accounts and I have a work profile with my one company mail account. All the calendar and mail notifications from personal profile are appearing on the watch, but none from the work profile.
According to our intune admin we have a device restriction policy enabled to allow data sharing between the work and personal profile, my device has this policy applied.
MS Outlook support does not know why it is not working, they could not help me until now, but the case is not closed yet.
Do You have any idea what the problem is here? I am working in IT, I tried all my best to make it work, I googled it, I contacted the intune admin and MS support, but no resolution yet.
As an additional information, my colleague is using a LightOS based Huawei watch, which has no Outlook app, but his work profile notifications are working like a charm. His phone is the same brand, different model, OS version a bit older, enrolled the same way as mine.
Is it an Intune, an Outlook, a WearOS or an Android Enterprise related error?

Ok, I just realized that it is actually not just a bit older, but anyway, it is working on this setup:
Xiaomi Redmi 5
MIUI Global 11.0.2.0(ODAMIXM)
Android 8.1.0 OPM1.171019.026
Huawei Watch GT 2-7D5 fw 1.0.9.58

And not working on my setup:
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE
MIUI Global 12.0.2.0(QFBEUXM)
Android 10 QKQ1.190828.002
Mobvoi Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS 0402
Model WH12018
Wear OS 2.19
Home App 2.39.0.335686514
Google Play Services 20.42.15
System version H MR1
Outlook 4.2043.3

I'd say a few things have changed between 8.1 and 10, and to boot you're using devices that aren't necessarily the gold standard for Android Enterprise management.

Are you able to replicate this behaviour, or ask that your IT team replicate it, with another Android 10 device preferably with a more reliable OEM? Samsung, Nokia, Sony, Pixel..

Are you also able to confirm the policies in place surrounding notification settings? And if it's MS Outlook alone (you get work notifications from other apps) or all work profile applications?
