With Divide Productivity Calendar you can see your work and personal events in the same calendar. Work events are synchronized between your mobile and desktop devices.

View meetings and meeting information

You can display meetings on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as well as by browsable list. To change how your calendar is displayed, open Calendar and do one of the following options:

  • To view appointments for a single day, tap Menu Menu > Day. By default, today’s appointments are displayed. To view a different day, swipe from the left or right.
  • To view appointments for a week, tap Menu Menu > Week. By default, the current week is displayed. To view a different week, swipe from the left or right.
  • To view appointments for a month, tap Menu Menu > Month. By default, the current month is displayed. To view a different month, swipe from the left or right.
  • To view a list of upcoming appointments, tap Menu Menu > Agenda.

To view information about a specific meeting:

  1. Tap Work Calendar Work Calendar to open Calendar.
  2. Tap the meeting to open it.
  3. (Optional) To see a list of people attending the meeting, scroll to the participants list. The response from each attendee is displayed.
  4. (Optional) To set a reminder for this meeting, tap Add reminder and enter the amount of time before the appointment when you want to receive the reminder.
Create and edit events

After you create an event, you can edit any of the event details by tapping the meeting on the calendar and selecting Edit.

To create a new event:

  1. Tap Work Calendar Work Calendar to open Calendar.
  2. Tap Add Add , select the required calendar (work or personal), and add the event name.
  3. Do one of the following options to specify the event time: 
    • Tap All day All day for an all-day event.
    • Tap From and To to specify a start and end time. 
  4. (Optional) To change the time zone, tap the Down arrow Down Arrow next to the time zone.
  5. To add guests, tap Guests and enter the email addresses of the guests.
  6. (Optional) To create a recurring meeting, tap the Down arrow Down Arrow next to One-time event, select the repetition cycle, and tap Until to set an end date.
  7. (Optional) To set a reminder, tap Reminder on Reminder and tap the Down arrow Down Arrow to select a time prior to the event to be reminded.
  8. (Optional) To set your availability during the event, tap the Down arrow Down Arrow next to Busy, Available, or Tentative and select your availability.
  9. (Optional) To specify who can interact with the event, tap the Down arrow Down Arrow next to Default, Public, or Private and select a level of privacy.
  10. Tap Done Done to save your meeting.
Respond to meeting invitations
To accept or decline an event request:
  1. Tap Work Calendar Work Calendar to open Calendar.
  2. Tap the event in the calendar to display the appointment details.
  3. In the Attending section, choose one of the following options :
    • If you're attending, tap Yes.
    • If you're not sure, tap Maybe.
    • If you're not attending, tap No.
  4. (Optional) To inform the event organizer of your response, tap Send response.
  5. (Optional) To include a message in your reply to the event organizer, tap Add comments, enter your message, and tap Send.
