Use Contacts

With Divide Productivity Contacts you can view and organize your business contacts, mark them as VIPs and share details using vCards. You can also organize all contacts into different groups so you can easily find co-workers, family, and friends.

View contacts

To view all contacts—tap Menu Menu > All contacts.

To view VIP contacts—tap Menu Menu > VIPs.

To view contacts in a group—tap Menu Menu > Groups, then tap the group you want.

Add a contact
  1. Tap Work Contacts Work Contacts to open Contacts.
  2. Tap Menu Menu > All contacts.
  3. Tap Add Add.
  4. Enter the contact’s name and details.
  5. (Optional) To add extra information, tap Add Another Field, select the type of information you want to add, and then add the additional information.
  6. In the top-right corner, tap Done Done to save the contact.
  7. (Optional) To mark the contact as a VIP, tap the star next to the contacts email address in the profile pane. If you mark a contact as a VIP,  you can use that setting to filter emails and notifications. 
Mark a contact as a VIP

You mark contacts as VIPs so you can easily filter emails and notifications from them. It’s easy to do. In the profile pane, just tap the star next to the contact’s email address.

Add a group
  1. Tap Work Contacts Work Contacts to open Contacts.
  2. Tap Menu Menu > Groups.
  3. Tap Add Add.
  4. (Optional) Select the account where you want to add the group.
  5. Enter the group name.
  6. (Optional) Enter the names of people you want to add to the group. As you enter text, the relevant contacts are shown in a list. Tap the contacts you want to add to the group.
  7. In the top-right corner, tap Done Done to save your changes.
Add a contact to a group
Before you add a contact to a group, you must create the contact.
  1. Tap Work Contacts Work Contacts to open Contacts.
  2. Tap Menu Menu > Groups.
  3. Tap the group you want to add the contact to.
  4. Tap Edit Edit.
  5. Enter the name of the person you want to add to the group. As you enter text, the relevant contacts are shown in a list. Tap the contact you want to add to the group.
  6. In the top corner, tap Done Done to save the contact.
Share a contact
You can share a business contact as a vCard. All the contacts information can be shared or you can choose specific fields, such as name and phone number, to export and share.
  1. Tap Work Contacts Work Contacts to open Contacts.
  2. Tap Menu Menu > Share.
  3. Select how you want to share the information. 
  4. To share contact information using mail, enter the email address of the person you want to share with and tap Send.
