Use Mail

By default, Divide Productivity Mail opens to your inbox, with emails ordered by date and time and all unread messages highlighted.

Search for and sort mail

To search for an email–Tap Search Search, enter a search term, and tap the search arrow.

To sort emails by filter–Tap More More  and select All mail, Unread, Follow-up or Important.

To view emails sent by VIP contacts–Tap All folders and select VIP.

Out-of-office settings
Note: To configure out-of-office messages, your organization must use Microsoft® Exchange Server® 2007+. Out-of-office settings are not supported for IBM® Notes®.

To configure out-of-office settings for Mail:

  1. Tap Work Mail Work Mail to open Mail.
  2. Tap Menu Menu > Settings.
  3. Scroll down, tap Out of office and select an option:
    • To cancel an out-of-office setting, tap In the office.
    • To apply an open-ended setting, tap Out of the office.
  4. To define a date and time range for the setting, tap Out of the office during time and set a start and end time.
  5. (Optional) To include additional information to your out-of-office message, add it in the Automatically send Out of Office auto-replies field.
  6. (Optional) To send auto-replies to external users in your contact list, check the auto-reply box.
  7. (Optional) If you choose to send auto-replies to external users in your contact list, you can also choose to send auto-replies to unknown users. To do so, check the auto-reply to unknown users box. 
  8. Tap Save.
Organize your mail
You can organize email messages into different folders as well as mark those that you need to track and follow up on.

To move email to a different folder:

  1. Tap Work Mail Work Mail to open Mail.
  2. Tap the email to open it.
  3. Tap More More  > Move
  4. Tap the folder where you want to move the email.

To delete an email:

  1. Tap Work Mail Work Mail to open Mail.
  2. Tap the email to select it and then swipe it to the left or right of the screen.

To track and follow up on emails:

  1. Tap Work Mail Work Mail to open Mail.
  2. (Optional) To track emails, tap one or more emails to select them and then tap Flag Flag Icon.
  3. To view flagged (tracked) emails, tap More  > FilterFollow-up.
  4. (Optional) To remove a flag (or tracking) from an email, tap the email to select it and then tap flag Flag Icon. An email is no longer marked for follow-up when the flag icon is gray.
