Android for Work users who don’t have G Suite can alternatively use a full suite of secure productivity apps specifically designed for Android for Work. The Divide Productivity suite includes email, a calendar, contacts, tasks, notes, and download management so that you can keep everything synchronized across devices.
You can configure the suite to connect to, and synchronize activities between, your work applications and your managed profile. Divide Productivity supports synchronization with Microsoft® Exchange Server® and IBM® Notes®.
Note: G Suite customers use managed Gmail, Google Contacts or OEM-modified contact apps, and Google Calendar apps instead of Divide Productivity.
Divide Productivity Mail goes beyond the default email client for Android and gives you the tools you need for work, such as better email security with per-message encryption, an out-of-office message feature, and HTML mail support. Messages are easier to manage with filters, and additional search features.
Divide Productivity Calendar offers functionalities that the native Android calendar doesn’t have, including the ability for one-touch, conference-call dialing.
Divide Productivity Tasks integrates your desktop and mobile task lists and includes notification and reminder features. You can search for, and view, high-priority and recurring tasks.
Divide Productivity Contacts has an easy-to-use interface that lets you create and organize business contacts. You can mark contacts as VIPs to help you filter emails, calendar invites, and tasks. You can also set priority notifications and share contacts as a vCard.
With Divide Productivity Notes you can create, view, edit and organize your daily notes.
