To sign up for Android Enterprise Essentials, follow these steps.
1. Find an Essentials reseller
Choose a supporting Android Enterprise Essentials reseller to order devices from. Each reseller can provide details about their specific service and pricing. To browse a list of available resellers, click here.
2. Ask your reseller to enable Essentials
Ask your reseller to enable Android Enterprise Essentials for the devices you order. If you’re ordering devices from the reseller for the first time, you need to provide them with an email address. Your reseller uses this email address to sign your organization up for Essentials.
3. Access the Essentials portal
When your reseller completes the sign-up process, you’ll receive a welcome email.
If the email address you provided your reseller is a Google Account
- Click the link in your welcome email to open the Android Enterprise Essentials portal.
- Login to the portal using your Google Account credentials.
Your Google Account is now an owner of the portal.
Tip: We recommend having at least two portal owners. To learn how to add an additional owner, see Manage portal users.
If the email address you provided your reseller isn’t a Google Account
- Click the link in your welcome email to activate the Essentials portal. Note: The activation link expires after 90 days.
- When prompted, create a Google Account (or select an existing one).
- Login to the portal using your Google Account credentials.
Your Google Account is now an owner of the portal.
