The Order Status page shows a map of the progress of your packages as well as your chosen delivery zone where Wing will deliver your package. You’ll receive an order receipt via email for your purchase.
Once you've made an order (see Making an Order), you can view your Order Status:
- at the top of the Wing app homepage
- from the Order History section in the Wing app
- by tapping on a notification message
- by selecting the Track Order link in the receipt
From the Order Status page, you can view the status of all of the packages in your order. Order status can be:
- Order Received -- your package is being prepared and a Wing drone will take-off shortly
- Package picked up -- your flight is en route and you can track its progress and estimated time of arrival (ETA)
- Delivered -- your flight is complete and you should go pick up your package!
