What is Google SafeSearch?
Google Nest Wifi’s and Google Wifi’s site blocking use Google’s SafeSearch technology to help block millions of sexually explicit websites. The internet is massive and no filter is perfect, but SafeSearch helps avoid most adult websites.
SafeSearch doesn’t currently block sites containing violent or illegal content.
Note: Google Nest’s and Google Wifi’s automatic blocking prevent these SafeSearch sites from being reached, but they don't block the sites from showing on Google Search results.
