Google search did not match any documents

Google always says "Your search did not match any documents", whatever I am searching.
It only happens when I use normal search. If I use video or image search, no problem.
Only happens when I use MS Edge.  No problem if I use Chrome.

I'm also seeing the same thing but only on my Samsung Android phone on both Chrome and general Google search.

I'm also seeing this on one(1) of my Chrome profiles.  I have multiple profiles on the system.

I found that searching in incognito mode works fine.  Very weird.

Does search work in incognito mode for you?

Due to a number of similar reports, I've referred this issue to Google for investigation.

Please be sure to let Google know direct about your specific situation by clicking "Send feedback" at the bottom of the Search Results page.

Also, please let me know in a reply here if/when the issue is resolved for you.

Same issue since morning on Google Search. Works fine when I am not signed in. Did anyone find a solution?

Checking in here as well....When I search from the home page, regardless of the keywords, I get the same result every time..."Your search did not match any documents". I'm not searching for documents, this is a regular web search. Also running into a similar issue with Google Maps. I can clearly see a Ralph's on the map, but if I search for "Ralph's" it tells me there were no results and I need to be more specific.

Basically, right now, Google is obsolete because it will not generate any results on the most simple searches.

I have to LOG OUT, or change the user for Google to work properly. Why is this happening when I'm logged in? Very confusing and frustrating.

I’m having the same issue. For me it’s based on my gmail login. Once I changed my login to another gmail account, the web search worked perfectly.

This was the case for my iPhone and MacBook Pro.

I am this thread owner.  Some update:

Yes, it works fine in incognito (private) mode.

And it also works fine when I change setting to Verbatim.  The default setting (All results) will give me the same error.

incognito works fine, pictures and videos too. its the normal search on my google account that responds with: "did not match any documents."

I have the same issue since yesterday, when I'm log in my personal account or gmail to search, using chrome or just regular google search engine on my phone and laptop. The problem stated did not match any documents only if I'm search 'all'. However, if I try image, maps or others, it seems to be working just fine. The weird thing is if I change it to other account, incognito, or without any account sign in, it is working regularly. This particular problem is really affecting me because I'm using Google a lot everyday, so I hope the team can solve this problem as soon as possible.
