More results button not loading results at all but if using another account it works
Long story short my google account that i have had since 2009 is giving issues when searching. When i look up something it'll show some sites then the more results button is waiting to be tapped. Once tapped it says try again i do and it still says the same. It acts as if i had no internet but if i use a newly made account the more results button works. I tried to replicate settings and yield no results. I think there needs to be a adjustment done on googles end to do a fix to my original account. Please help.
Select the Google Account settings while in google.com site - 9 dot icon top right to go to Google apps, or far right link and open Account Settings link. Select the "Get started" link under Personalize your Google experience - Web & App Activity select the "Turned on" and change to (Paused).
This also happened to me, but I discovered a fix. For some reason Google would only show minimal search results if I was “logged in” to my Google account. I logged out of my Google account and the “More” results button works again. Try logging out of Google and see if it works for you! Good luck!
Thanks Peter. I am having same problem. Google definitely needs to fix this. I would need search and activity history. Peter's solution is not a real solution.
I just started getting the problem a few days ago. I checked my old phone, same account, and it works fine (it's wifi connected only). Just my s9+ won't give me more than one page of search results.
