Disabling Google AI Overview

Question

Does anyone know how I can disable Google AI overview on a mobile device when searching? It's annoying and gives me mostly the wrong information than it's trying to be helpful for.

Hi Nick,
Unfortunately, AI Overviews in Search (outside of Search Labs) are a Search feature like knowledge panels and can't be turned off. However, you can select the Web filter after you perform a search. This filter displays only text-based links without features like AI Overviews.
 
Also, I recommend providing feedback directly to Google. At the top right of a search result, click More > Feedback.
