Istart on my computer and no way to take it off or uninstall

Istart on my computer and no way to take it off or uninstall, I tried searching everywhere in my computer, this thing is still on my computer and show up on my desk, it's fricking annoying and I really need help to take this thing out of my computer

Hello,
Sorry if my message isn't elaborate, my English is rusty.

On my computer on the top right there's a search bar called IStart and I don't know how it happen, I start my computer and it pop like that randomly, yesterday it wasn't present.
