Google showing wrong country on all devices after traveling

after traveling to Croatia all my devices display Google search results in Croatian (I live in Finland). I only had my phone with me when traveling, so I'm really confused about this.

The problem occurs on different platforms (Linux, Windows, Android) and all browsers even when I'm not logged in to Google. Even private windows have the wrong language.

Even though I've changed my region settings in Google search settings it still shows that I'm in Croatia in the bottom left corner. My home IP address has remained the same for months (before and after the trip).

The suggestions in those threads didn't help me at all. I've reported my IP to Google, though I'm pretty sure nothing will result from this. Additionally it's pretty scary that even my work laptop had its language change after the trip, even though I've never logged to my Google account with it.
