Error 403 when visiting Google Scholar with a proxy

I am based in China and  Google blocked the proxy IP so I can not visit the content in Google Scholar. 
Could anybody help me?

Hello 

Here are a few tips to help resolve the 403 error. 

1. Clear your cache and cookies. 
2. Restart your computer.
3. Try a different browser. If you are using Chrome, try using Safari or Mozilla. 
3. Check for Malware 
4. Make sure your VPN is not blocking anything else if you are using one. This is most likely causing the issue. 
5. Try incognito window and see if you are having the same issues.
