Where's the "Rating: 1" come From?2 Recommended Answers
I am only marking this as best answer to help others see this has been escalated.
I wanted to see if I could hep you out here. The reviews seems to come from the iTunes store but after further inspection I see there are not enough reviews about this app to show them in the list. Can you verify how many reviews you have received on this app? Could this be coming from all the apps you have in the store? Just trying to help, how many reviews total do you have for the app?
Looking at the store, I see: We have not received enough ratings to display an average for the current version of this application.

I almost didn't get this app when I saw the age recommendation. Glad I did anyway cause I think it's so fun that you can design your own car. And I love the Halloweeny atmosphere.

How good the game is!!! It's so creative. When the children are playing this game, they can design and drive their own train. It sounds great. They can also clean the road and keep the train safe. It help them to improve their creation.

I see most of these are from last year, could this new review be pulling from 2015? I realize this is a seasonal app, but wanted to see if the date could be playing into this.
Does seem as if the crawler is having issues, one thing to keep in mind is when updates occur there can be issues for a short period. I would keep an eye on it over the next week to see if anything changes.
Have you thought about running test on your current base by asking for a current review? Just trying to help, not sure why none of your old reviews wouldn't be showing though. Not to mention you are notified when a review occurs and if you didn't get correspondence this might just be a glitch.
Thanks for all the info, I will ask around and see if anyone else has seen this type of review that doesn't seem to have a actual home, it points to iOS but there is no review to follow.
Once you click through to to your actual app, It shows We have not received enough ratings to display an average for the current version of this application.
So I would see if there is anyway to get more reviews to get this 1 star out of the way of the good reviews you have received to date.
If I have sometime later this week I will try your game out with my nephew and see if there is a chance to review it!
My problem is that our app shows NO stars when seen in Google. We USED TO have this problem mentioned here, but now NO stars are shown.
