How do I stop Google blocking our IP for searches, etc

We have up to 10 people behind a static IP and continually get asked to verify searches and on occasions get blocked from searching through google.

We also run Web CEO do perform Page Ranking reports.

Is there a way we can add our IP to a safe list that will allow us not to be classified as a spammer? We are a legitimate business providing web services including SEO reports.

We've responded twice after being blocked with by filling in the supplied form with IP and details but the issue continues.

If also seems that with our SEO page ranking reports all google page ranks drop off which give us quite a fright as bing and yahoo page ranks continue and I can only pin point the issue to being blocked again. When we run another report the following day all the ranks come back.

If your IP has been classified as a "spammer" IP and has been "blocked" by Google then the best thing to do is to get your IT Dept to get with the ISP (Internet Service Provider) and Assign your Company a new IP address...  That would be MY recomendation...
