If the page you're viewing isn't working properly, it's possible that there's a problem with your browser's cache or cookies. Since clearing your cache and cookies erases your settings for websites, we suggest first using your browser’s incognito or private browsing mode to see if the problem you're seeing is caused by something other than cache or cookies.
A private browsing mode will ignore your existing cache and cookies, so if you still see the problem in this mode, we recommend clearing your cache to see if that fixes the problem before clearing your cookies too.
Turn on private browsing in Google Chrome
- Click the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar.
- Select New incognito window.
Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows, Linux, and Chrome OS) and ⌘-Shift-N (Mac) to open an incognito window.
