Get better recommendations in Google Podcasts

To improve your personalized recommendations, you can tell us the types of podcasts you want to get more or less of.

Important: To get personalized recommendations, turn them on in Podcasts settings. Learn how to turn on personalized recommendations.

Choose podcasts to base your recommendations on 

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Podcasts app  .
2. At the bottom, tap Explore   For you.
3. Next to a podcast show or episode, tap More   Show more like this  or Show fewer like this  .

Tip: You can react to a podcast while it plays. At the bottom, tap the episode  Show more like this  or tap More .

Remove a podcast show from your recommendations

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Podcasts app  .
2. At the bottom, tap Explore For you.
3. Next to the podcast you want to remove, tap More Block show from recommendations  .

Manage your reactions to podcasts 

You can find and delete your reactions to podcasts in My Activity.

1. Go to your Google Podcasts activity in My Activity.
2. Below the reaction you want to delete, tap Details.
3. At the top right, tap More   Delete.
