Dear Google Support Expert,

A month passed, Google just indexed 4 pages of www.simpleflask.com. We submitted 34 pages around one moth ago. Furthermore, from the search result, we found that, there are many pages are listed for our website but they are not.
Can you help us? Could you help to check what happened? What can we do to fix this serious issue? Thanks!

Best regards,
Eric Fang

Hi there!

I took a look at your website and here are my thoughts:
Just like RT2 said, I wouldn't worry too much about those pages because they are 404. But you may want to investigate this further
Look, you both use the same hosting provider. There might have been some kind of a mixup.

In addition to clarifying this with your hosing provider, you might do the following to help Google index your web pages faster:
- Submit your sitemap index (https://www.simpleflask.com/sitemap_index.xml) and individual sitemaps (https://www.simpleflask.com/post-sitemap.xml, https://www.simpleflask.com/page-sitemap.xml, https://www.simpleflask.com/product-sitemap.xml) to Google Search Console.
- Internally link the most important web pages you want to get indexed faster (like from the homepage).

Ok those pages seem to be now returning 404's so they will drop out naturally.
The site:yoursitename is a rather forced search so most likely these pages will not return in search but clearly there was content was indexed from there at some stage
This is what was in a cache of one of your pages. Might be worth talking to your host as it seems to be related

And I also see there are some issues with rendering and speed of your website.

See how it renders in Google PageSpeed Insights:

You should definitely work on that.
Hope this helps!

Hi there,

From what I see (if I see it correctly) you did not use the new Removals tool: https://search.google.com/search-console/removals
Once you go there, you choose your property and click NEW REQUEST.

Is that the process you went through?

And another thing you can do is simply make these URLs 404 or 410. Or you can noindex them.
Let me know if it works.
Cheers!
