Google results and also Search Console are teling me "This Site May Be Hacked". It isn't.

Question

The search results and also Search console are saying my website: https://www.stepbysteprecovery.co.uk is hacked. Myself, another web dev and Sucuri Website Security company have checked the site and there is no hack or malicious code anywhere in the files or database. I have submitted a review request - on 16th June - and heard nothing back whatsoever. Naturally, this is affecting my business. I understand the world is operating differently now - are staff at Google still working or furloughed? Anyone got any idea how long it takes for Google to look at the site? Even a response to tell me the site is still hacked (which it isn't) or some other response to say we are looking at it. This is getting very frustrating as I can see nothing else I can do to rectify the situation. I am begging for help here. Is there anyone at Google I can contact? Thank you.
