Pages with redirect not indexed

I have 118 pages which are not indexed due to being classifed under "Pages with redirects"
THey are valid pages with proper content ( no AI ) and earlier they were indexed and getting traffic.
What could be the reason that Google has de indexed these pages?
What can I do to get them indexed? I tried to request for indexing but it says redirect error in some cases.

Further in the list of pages , I find some urls as follows

https://www.smartbabyadvice.com/allergies-in-babies-from-pets-how-to-manage-them-properly//1000

There is a //1000 attached to the end of the url

What does this mean?

I also have 100 pages which are. deindexed due to

Page indexingAlternative page with proper canonical tag

Some of the urls are as follows

THis has /?expand_article=1 attached to the end of the url

Please advise what to do?

Where can I get a proper guide to understand the full details about the pages in GSC?

"Page with redirect" means that some of your pages aren't indexed because when users or search engine crawlers try to access them, they're immediately redirected to other URLs. At present Google indexed 111 pages on Google SERP.

The one which are not still indexed kindly check that URL under Live Test then reindex them.

There is a //1000 attached to the end of the url

What does this mean?
As per John Muller, you can ignore them.

Alternate Page with Proper Canonical Tag means there are two versions of a page on your website having the same canonical URL.

Google will simply exclude the duplicate version and index the main version of the page.

If you still want to fix the issue you can use 301 redirection.

I hope this helps!

Can you please reply to this issue as well

3. Further I noticed today that I have only 35 urls which are being served via https ( ssl )- see screenshot

My site has a SSL certificate , and it is supposed to work for all the site pages and posts.

If only 35 posts have https then I might be losing a lot of traffic as people would not like to see a non-https page

Please advise what to do?

Hello There,

If you see "Good Job" message & 0 error under non-HTTPs URLs then you don't have to worry.

If you see some numbers under non-https URL then you have to check this to resolve the issues.

I hope this helps!

I see Good Job at the bottom and I can see 0 under non-https.

But why do i see only 40 under https ( see screenshot ) as I have over 140 urls? Why are the balance 100 not showing?
