Page cannot be indexed: Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag

I am getting the following error message when I try to add my website to google. My indexing request is rejected. Even though I have tried all possible solutions(checking robots.txt file, arranging html file and removing meta tags, arranging it with yast seo), I am continuing to get the same error.

If you seeing this message in 'Live Test' then the noindex tag is still there, sounds alike a <meta> html tag, but also look out for a X-Robots-Tag header (although will normally say if that is the case)

BUt if you seeing it in the 'Google Index' tab, it could just be that Google hasnt crawled yet, since the tag removed.

(ie tag IS removed, Google hasn't caught up yet)
