Didn't get any feedback mail on the reconsideration request has more than 2 months.
Hello Google team,
I filed a reconsideration request for “Thin content with little or no added value” on 30 April 2022. But did not receive any update email on the review. More than 2 months (10 weeks) are already gone.
I watched a video from google search central that's says having more than 2 months for a reconsideration request and didn't get any feedback is not normal.

I have some questions:-
1. Should I do reconsideration reques again.
2. Is my website have something that takes a longer time.
3. Can you give me some suggestions regarding my website if I do something wrong.
4. If all things are right. Then how much time do I have to wait?

The site seems to be well indexed, and often with such manual actions, it is removed. So perhaps you missed the response to your review request?
Note that the site is correctly redirecting 301 from the http://passingmarks.in shown in your screenshot to the secure https://passingmarks.in version.
So check that version as well for any messages.

But Manual action is still showing in GSC and ranking is also not recover.
So, it is normal or it will take time?

It might be time -- not sure how long that message would stay in SC.
Do you know the date that manual action was posted to SC?
As for ranking, this fluctuates all the time, as well as a core algo updaate.

How long will my reconsideration review take?
Most reconsideration reviews can take several days or weeks, although in some cases, such as link-related reconsideration requests, it may take longer than usual to review your request.
You will be informed by email when we receive your request, so you'll know it is active.
You will also receive an email when the review is complete.
Please don't resubmit your request before you get a decision on any outstanding requests.
So it could be still under review. Make sure you addressed all the points outlined and filed the review accordingly.
However since the site is still indexed, people can still find it in Google.
Other than that, allow a few more weeks for a response.

However since the site is still indexed, But is not ranking due to manual action.
I have last question regarding this:-
First you say manual action is removed from site than ... "So it could be still under review".
So what should I have to take into my mind. Can you clarify about these statements. Please

Per the top of the page I linked to.
If a site has a manual action, some or all of that site will not be shown in Google search results.
yet many results are shown for your site, so if not all results are removed, the site is still indexed in Google.
You say the manual action persists, and since it is your account/ your messages, I have to respect that.

According to you I have waited for 2 more weeks. Now almost 3 months are gone. May be they miss my recommendation request. I think now I have to submit reconsideration request again.
