Can you please share screenshot from Live URL test of URL inspection tool - https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289?hl=en

When we check https://shippingsolutionsworldwide.com/contact-us/ its not loading as-

But your homepage loading fine as-https://shippingsolutionsworldwide.com/ -

And also your site is indexed in Google SERP when checked using site:https://shippingsolutionsworldwide.com/
SO in this case please do Live test and check the URLs which are having problems

Hi
When I fetch the homepage as Googlebot it also shows an infinite loop of redirects

You will need to check your redirects

Hi LeadsIn Digital Marketing

I can't get to the site at all I'm afraid.

I don't know what you've got in your .htaccess doing the redirect, but try this up the top instead...

RewriteEngine On
# Force HTTPS and non-WWW
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.(.*)$ [OR,NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://shippingsolutionsworldwide.com/$1 [R=301,L]

EDIT: You need to be sure you are not doing redirects elsewhere too of course (say in your web creation software, Server control panel etc).

"I just renamed the file"

If we are talking web.config, just be aware that there is the potential for that file to be overwritten if you make some system change that requires it to be updated later on.

If the issue was the redirects as we identified above, it might be good to try and pin down what added those redirects to the file in the first place, so they don't simply pop back up on any errant rewrite.

Just something to be aware of ;-)
