Well a 'site:' query rarely, if ever, display all pages from a site.

It naturally deduplicates. And similar/low quality pages can be hidden. SHould always treat it as just showing a 'sample' of URLs from a site.

But it does suggest low ranking as such, as you dont directly control ranking nothing you can do to make them rank better really. (black hat SEO tricks to try to manipulate rank is not recommended)

Will just have to trust Googles opinion of the content will improve over time, as long as it things the content is good enough.

Frankly not sure Googles opinion will improve, the large ads, and obtrusive and manipulative notifications 'demand', are unlikely to please USERS.

well it sounds like the 'removal request' has now expired. You should see that in the consoel.

So in theory the site should be 'visible' in search results, as such.

But in general, if the site has been 'hidden' for a while, it no users where able to see it, it doesnt have any 'recent history'. Ie wont have any history of impressions, nor clicks. And because other people havent been finding it, they havent been linking to it it.

... so have effectively lost that 'reputation', and now need to build that reputation up again - close to from scratch. Which could be a slow process.

Dont think there is anything can specifically do to 'recover' it, just going to have to wait for it nappen. As long as your site is high quality and liked by users, it generally should recover.
