English version of the web page is not shown in the Search results
I have since 20.3 a problem that my English version of the webpage is not shown in search. For finding a page in search results I need to type exact url of domain or at least 4 related keywords.
When I search with two keywords my Google Business page is shown as a suggestion but web site still not.
But when I change the language and region the webpage is shown.
In GSC there is no Geo targeting, no index errors, ...
Informational notification.

I suggest you read this article.
I have checked your En version and you didn't use hreflang meta tag. hreflang is important for multi-language websites.

Zdravo Slaven!
Will take time - from few days to few weeks.
Also will be great for you to make x-default language - probably English. Because when someone out of that language like German will be land to different language. Probably first one. With x-default you will land it to English to make their experience much more comfortable.

Here is your issue:
<link rel=alternate hreflang=sr-rs href=https://www.fanfani.me/sr/>
<link rel=alternate hreflang=en-us href=https://www.fanfani.me/en/>
<link rel=alternate hreflang=ru-ru href=https://www.fanfani.me/ru/>
Documentation:
"The value of the hreflang attribute identifies the language (in ISO 639-1 format) and optionally a region (in ISO 3166-1 Alpha 2 format) of an alternate URL. (The language need not be related to the region.) For example:
de: German language content, independent of region
en-GB: English language content, for GB users
de-ES: German language content, for users in Spain"
All you need is to remove -something and let be only SR, EN and RU.
Because EN-US says "English for United States only".

Hi DrBre,
Since you are asking about your website, I highly suggest you visit the community where the Website Experts all are. It is easy to navigate there, just click on this convenient link and you will get there in 1-second max.
Scroll to the end of the page, click on "Ask now" and then follow all the prompts.

To save you having to re-post, I'm moving this thread to the Google Search Central (previously Webmasters) Help Community.
You may also find helpful information in the Search Console Help Center.

Thanks.
I submitted the Question again as Shannon suggested and followed the link but no answer(which is ok if the Answer is obvious) but I can not even find yours re posted question and mine thread as well.

Hi Ali,
Thank you very much.
Will investigate why this happened. Is WP with WPML plugin.
Cheers,
Slaven

Hi Peter,
Greetings to Bulgaria <3
Thank you, I found in: WPML/Setup Wpml/Site Languages/Edit Languages/ editing the last field "hreflang" and naming like you suggested will do the job.
It was strange to see the Targeting was existing but where from, the source.

On other side if you translate to French they can pick-up phone and start talking you to French... and they can have an bad experience with that too.
That's why isn't good to blind translation site to all languages...
Please keep thread updated with your progress over time.
