My site is romancecheck.com

I run my blog through Wordpress.
There I try to improve my site through plugins and the seo optimization.

But something is wrong.
From the 25th of february my visitors are dropping constantly, so now I'm at 50% less visitors than I was at the beginning of february.
And I do not know how that happened and how I can fix that.

I have already looked at everything.
I have no google penalties.
Nothing has changed in the google search, my blog pages are indexed normally and also in the same rank as they usually are.
My page speed also are and always have been the same.

So, what have I missed?
What else can I look up?

Hey,

@JWP (Jonh)

I use a pulgin calles Polylang on my Wordpress, that configured my site for two languages.
This plugin has been installed since the beginning and has never messed up my visitor counts.

As for the noindex pages, yes, they are all deliberately like that, and always was.
