manitravelError establishing a database connection

Often, I have got an this kind of issues in my client website (Error establishing a database connection). Below, i have in the screenshot of this problem. Already, We have informed to go-daddy support team. But, they said that this problem is not coming from our side. So, we don't know how to fix it. Kindly give any ideas to update this issues

Thanks for your information. I have checked this video. Already, i have followed these steps what they mentioned in this post. At the same time, my client website wp-admin is working properly. But, still I have got this error only every 10 mins. I don't know the reason. Please, can you provide accurate solution for it.

webadoI just got that error, the 2nd time I visited the homepage and then it stayed that way..
Start by disabling every plugin and test after each one. It may be that a particular plugin is faulty.

Your answer is right. When I refresh this website once again, i got this error. Now, i am going to disable all plugins and active it again. After that, i will inform here, whether its work or not.

webadoWell if you find the plugin that is faulty then delete it. Maybe get a fresh version of it and see if that solves the problem.
I hope the site's software is completely up to date: core Wordpress, all themes, all plugins. In fact delete any plugins and themes you are not using.
