This is what I use.
Since I don't bother to write comprehensive category descriptions I noindex category pages.

I don't use the canonical link option because in the past that seemed to not work properly.

Here's  my reasoning:

Allowing tag pages to get indexed adds useless repetitious bulk.

It is OK to have category pages indexed PROVIDED they have a reasonable amount of standalone content that's unique to the category (other than its name) (which you'd enter into the description field of the category). Since most people don't bother entering any or it's very brief and generic (hence useless), it stands to reason they should noindex catagories too.

Also it seems a lot of people use a multitude of tags and categories for each post, to the point it all becomes very meaningless, as the same post is seen listed under numerous tags and numerous  categories.

For this very reason, the option to generate the keyword meta tag from the tags & categories used for each post will potentially result is a monster spammy keywords meta tag. Even though Google doesn't use it for indexing and ranking, allowing it to get spammy is a bad choice, and Google may conclude the site is spammy as well.

canonical link can not work fine in all in seo pack??
but working fine for me
look  at my post source...
and about you told me put " noindex for category"   ,I think noindex category is now very bad for me because now my category indexed and a lot of my site category  now has PR 1 , 2 ,and 3....
If category allow to index in site , Home page PR not come to share in category??

The way the SEO Pack handles canonical link tags (or used to handled them) was sometimes faulty. I don't know if it's been fixed for all cases. You will have to test EVERY url you have to see if  it's OK in all cases. I believe problematic cases might be for example  pages that span multiple urls and comment pages. Maybe others.

If your categories have a good amount of unique descriptive text then it's OK to let them be indexed, otherwise NO. It doesn't matter about PR - that's completely irrelevant at all times and has no influence on your site's indexing and actual ranking for any searches.

You don't want to listen to me, fine. Just please don't ask again how to perform better. What I advise is a first step to streamlining the indexing of the website.

Of course content is most important. But duplicating it is BAD.

The next step is to remove all directly visible ads. Move them to the far right or to the bottom. Never at the top or at the  start of a post or anywhere where I expect real content to be.

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
