Why Google not stopping "Google Business Kit" if that is a scam?

They are not the internet police and they are making money! But what about their name? Do you guys mean that actually google promotes this kit? I sincerely hope not!

Hmmmm.... this is a tough one.

...SEO101... is indeed correct - Google are Not the internet police.
That said - it is more than a little * stupid that Google are not blocking/removing such sites, simply out of Trademark basis, let alone it being stuffing obvious to spot and clearly false/misleading/fraudulent.

I myself would love to hear from a Google Employee why sites/scams such as this are permitted?
(Then again, I'd also like to know why they still permit sites that blatantly sell links are permitted inteh SERPs and allwoed to make use of AdWords etc. too!)

Probably because it's not a "scam".

For as long as I've been surfing the web, people have been screaming scam!! everytime they fail at a business.

The fact is, there are people who lose money, lots of money, after buying a McDonald's franchise. Yet you don't hear them screaming "Ronald McDonald scammed me!!"

Just reading the ads I've seen for this "Business Kit" .. I can guess it tells you how to place ads on Google Adwords and/or use Google Adsense on your website.

Hmmm .. is Google Adwords real? Yes it is. Does Google allow you to spend your money to place ads on their network? Yes they do. Can you make money placing ads on Google Adwords Network? Yes you can. So .. the question is exactly how is anyone getting "scammed"?

..AutoCrat..
Everyday people jump on the Adwords bandwagon, they bid far too much for keywords, trying to get the all coveted top spot. Eventually, that bill has to be paid. You do realize that Google gets paid for their ad space? So .. why would Google try to stop someone from selling a book that tells people to advertise on Google?
